摘要
为解决不确定条件下普通车床的故障诊断问题,将概率方法引入传统Petri网中,建立了针对CA6140车床的故障概率诊断模型。运用Petri网的逻辑推理和矩阵运算功能,充分反映"故障征兆到故障部位"转换过程中的可能性。最后用实例证明了该模型的可行性和有效性。
In order to solve the influence of uncertainty about information in lathe fault diagnosis, the probabilistic method is introduced to the traditional Petri net, a diagnosis model of the faults probability for CA6140 lathe was established. Petri net function of logical reasoning and matrix calculated was used to reflect the probability of the transition of "Fault Symptom to Fault Location". The model was proved to be availability by an example.
