摘要
以不同浓度的谷胱甘肽(GSH)+抗坏血酸(ASA)水溶液对牡丹"似荷莲"品种花蕾期进行全株喷雾处理,测定了整个花期花瓣中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、超氧阴离子(O2-)产生速率和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明:不同浓度GSH+ASA组合均能提高牡丹花瓣中SOD活力、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量,降低花瓣中O2-产生速率和MDA含量,其中以GSH100 mg/L+ASA100 mg/L处理效果最佳。
By spraying the watery solution of GSH and ASA with different concentrattons to me ennre carries of the tree peony "SiHeLian" in the the bud stage. Then the changes of the soluble sugar, the soluble protein, superoxide smutase (SOD) activity, the superoxide anion(O2-) production rate and the malondialdehyde(MDA) content was been measured in the entire flowering season. The results indicated that different concentrations GSH and ASA can enhance the SOD vigor and the soluble protein and the soluble sugar content, reduce the O2- production rate and the MDA content in the flower petal, the flowering season has the varying degree lengthening, prcvessing effect was the best by GSH 100 mg/L+ASA100 mg/L.
