文章首先介绍基于GPIB技术和VB所设计的自动测试系统,然后介绍GPIB技术的特点和工作原理,最后介绍自动测试系统的软硬件组成,并给出了系统的控制程序流程图。

In this paper,the design of automated test system on the basis of GPIB and VB is introduced.And then the characteristic and theory of GPIB technology are discussed.At last,the software and hardware of the automated test system and the controlled pogram flow chart of the system are presented.
