摘要
介绍振动筒压力传感器的特点,设计了温度测量电路和压力偏差调整电路,详细地论述了利用单片机对影响振动筒压力传感器输出的误差进行补偿的方法,使振动筒压力传感器的输出特性得到进一步的改善,提高了其测量精度。
A characteristic of vibration canister pressure sensor is introduced in the paper.The temperature measuring circuit and pressure warp modulating circuit are designed.Expiation method by using single chip microcomputer to output errors of the vibration canister pressure sensor is discussed in detail.Its output characteristic is to be amended and its measuring precision is improved.
