摘要 建立高转速振动电机的d-q系统数学模型,指出通过调整电机铁心长度、线圈匝数可优化设计电机的起动过程,控制电机的起动时间。分析了实例电机起动过程的转速特性曲线、转矩特性曲线、电流特性曲线,指出高转速振动电机起动过程中,转速变化存在近似线性特征,不存在"超同步现象"和转矩特性"摆动现象"。 This paper is mainly concerned with the starting process of high-revolution vibration motor, and the d-q mathematical model has been set up, pointing out that the starting process of the motor can be optimized in design by way of adjusting the length of the iron cores and the numbers of coils. After detailed analysis of the starting characteristics curves, we have concluded that: (1)the startup current consists of apparent low-frequency component, which results in the relatively large effective value of starting current, for which in the motor design the starting period of motors shall be strictly controlled; (2) During the starting proces of high-revolution motor, the revolution charac- teristics is of approximate linear characteristics, and without "super synchronization" or "oscillation"; (3) in the starting proces of high-revolution vibration motors, there is basic frequency alternation torque component, which attenuates quickly and exerts very slight influences on the initiation properties of motors.
