摘要
设计了一种基于DSP+CCD的尾流前向光散射特性实时探测系统,该系统包括光电信号转换、信号处理和时序产生单元三大部分。介绍了系统的硬件工作原理和信号流程,同时依据尾流中气泡光散射谱强度的高斯分布特性,将高斯拟合方法用于该检测系统的软件处理,有效地解决了CCD饱和与测量噪声对散射谱强度半值宽度和峰值的影响,提高了气泡检测精度,同时解决了DSP处理器内存不足的问题。
A real-time forward light scattering wake stream detecting system based on DSP + CCD was presented, which encompasses photoelectric signal conversion unit, DSP and clock pulse signals blocks. The principle of hardware was introduced briefly. Based on the under- standing of the characteristics of light scattering spectrum intensity of air bubble in wakes, the Gaussian fitting method was used to DSP processing detecting system. It was shown that the detection precision had been improved greatly by decreasing the influence of CCD saturation and the measurement noises on the FWHM and peak value of the scattering spectrum intensity. The problem of insufficient memory was also solved by this method.
