摘要
为优选中药免疫复方最佳配方,用均匀设计法优化复方中药组方,以免疫器官指数、巨噬细胞吞噬活性和淋巴细胞增殖率为测定指标,研究中药免疫复方对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果显示,最佳中药复方为黄芪30 g,枸杞4 g,人参36 g,当归36 g,复方多糖含量49.15%,多糖得率为8.66%。
To optimize the immune compound of Chinese herbal medicine, the by uniform design with im- mune organ index, macrophage phagocytic function and lymphopoiesis rate was used. in order to observe the effect of immune function. The most favorable immune compounds were radix astragali 30 g,medlar 4 g; ginseng 36 g;angelica 36 g, compound amylase content and yield were 49.15%and 8.66% respectively. The method of the uniform design is suitable and feasible for the immune compound.
