高校思想政治理论课教师教学技能运用状况调查与分析

The Survey and Analysis of the State of Ideological an Political Theory Teachers' Teaching Skills in Colleges

提高实效是当前高校思想政治理论课教学迫切需要解决的问题,其中教师的教学技能的优劣对于教学实效有关键的意义。为了揭示思想政治理论课教师教学技能与教学实效的内在联系,课题组对江西部分高校进行了思想政治理论课教师技能实效性问卷调查,结果表明:教师教学技能运用水平与学生的满意度有显著的相关性,因此,通过提升教师的教学技能,就能够有效地提高思想政治理论课的实效。

What＇s to be solved is to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching,in which the fulu of teachers＇ teaching skills for theaching effectiveness is of key significance.In order to reveal the internal relations between teachers＇ teaching skills and teaching effectiveness,the research group conducted a survey in some Jiangxi colleges,The result shows that the level of teachers＇ teaching skills has a notable relevance with strdents＇ satisfaction.Therefore,We should promote teachers＇ teaching skills to improve the teaching effectiveness.
