Use Scientific Development Concept to Guide Supervision

科学发展观是马克思主义世界观和方法论的集中体现。它是我国社会主义现代化建设中一切工作的指导方针和重要战略思想。我国高校担负着培养高素质创新人才的重任。高校督导工作在完成这一任务中有着重要的作用。要搞好督导工作,必须将以人为本的科学发展观内化为办学以育人为本,着眼于实现高素质创新人才的培养;教学以教师为本,着眼于提高教师的素质;学习以学生为本,着眼于学生的全面发展与提高。

The scientific development concept is the concentrated reflection of Marxist world outlook and Methodology,and is the guiding principle and important strategic thinking for all work in our modernization construction.The college supervision plays an important role in training high-caliber persionnel.Therefore,the supewision work should be done by melting the ＇people first of the scientific development concept into edueation first in running school,focusing our attention upon the training of high-caliber personnel,in teaching the teacher first,focusing attention upon improving teachers＇ qualification,and in study,the student first,focusing attention upon students＇over all development and improvement.
