摘要
十一届三中全会以来,新疆少数民族教育事业取得了巨大进步,这些成绩的取得离不开党和国家在政策上给予的照顾与支持;同时,自治区党委和政府以及教育行政部门也结合新疆实际,制定了一系列关于教育的具体政策。文章对这些政策的形成、发展及产生的效力做了认真的梳理、归类和总结。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC,the educational works for ethnic minorities have made extraordinary progress. Without the care and support to Xinjiang from the Party and state,these achievements could not be made. Meanwhile,the Party committee,government and administrative department of education of Xinjiang formulated a series of specific policies for education in the light of concrete conditions. This article gives careful analysis,classification and summary to the formation,development and effectiveness of these policies.
