摘要
采用硅胶GF254板,分离冷水花80%乙醇提取物中石油醚和乙酸乙酯两个萃取部位的化合物,分别以石油醚-三氯甲烷-丙酮(5∶0.5∶1)、石油醚-三氯甲烷-丙酮(2∶1∶1)为展开系统,对上述两个萃取部位进行薄层色谱研究。实验得到的冷水花药材各萃取部位的薄层指纹图谱斑点清晰,能有效鉴别冷水花药材。
Silica gel GF254 plates are used in isolating the compounds in the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extraction of 80% ethanol extract of Pilea aquarum Dunn;and the expand system of petroleum ether-chloroform-acetone(5∶0.5∶1),petroleum ether-chloroform-acetone(2∶1∶1) are used in studying the TLC of each part.Results: The TLC distinction is fairly clear and it can distinguish effectively each part of Pilea aquarum Dunn.Conclusion: The fingerprint of Pilea aquarum Dunn by TLC has been proved to have good separation effect and it is reproducible,specific,simple and feasible.
