摘要
采用程序升温氧化试验装置,对新疆阜康矿区主采的45#,A5,A3煤层进行氧化特性试验,研究了不同煤样自燃临界温度TC、CO初始温度及CO、O2随温度的变化和其他CnHm气体初始温度;根据试验数据,将程序升温氧化过程划分为Ta(室温)—TCO低温段和TCO—Tb段,计算了各煤样不同氧化阶段的温度耗氧速率。试验表明:Ta—TCO低温段温度耗氧速率从大到小依次为45#煤层、A5煤层、A3煤层;TCO—Tb段温度耗氧速率从大到小依次为A5煤层、A3煤层、45#煤层。Ta—TCO低温段,45#煤层具有较高的氧化活性,而当温度达到一定值后(即TCO—Tb段)A5煤层氧化活性较高,而45#煤层为最低。初步分析了煤质对氧化特性的影响。
The tests on the oxidation characteristics of the main coal seam 45#, A5 and A3 in Xinjiang Fukang Coal Mining Area were conducted with a programmed temperature-rise oxidation test device, and study was made on the critical temperature TC for spontaneous combustion of different coal samples, the initial temperature of CO, the variation of CO and O2 with temperature as well as the initial temperature of other CnHm gases; on the bais of the test data, the programmed temperature- rise oxidation process was divided into Ta (room temperature) —TCO low-temperature stage and TCO—Tbstage, and the temperature oxygen- consumption rate of coal samples at different oxidation stages was calculated. The tests indicated that in the Ta —TCO low-temperature stage, the oxygen -consumption rate was respectively 45# seam, A5 seam and A3 seam in the order from large to small; but in the TCO —Tb stage, the oxygen-consumption rate was respectively A5 seam, A3 seam and 45# seam in the order from large to small. The oxidation activity of 45# seam in the Ta —TCO low-temperature stage was higher, but when the temperature reached a certain value (in the TCO—Tb stage), the oxidation activity of A5 seam was higher and that of 45# seam was the lowest. Preliminary analysis was made on the influence of coal nature on the oxidation characteristcs.
