Human resources management is the important part of commercial bank management.There are deficiencies in the human resources management of Domestic commercial banks.It is necessary to research in the aspects of designing human resources programs,strengthening market driven economic interests,building a people-oriented corporate culture to promote human resources management level in domestic commercial banks.Based on the analysis of the traditional personnel management system＇s challenges,the paper discusses the commercial banks personnel management concept innovative approaches.
