摘要
人力资源管理是国内商业银行管理的重要环节。目前国内商业银行的人力资源管理方面还有不足之处。需要在设计人力资源配置方案、加强市场经济利益的驱动、构建以人为本的企业文化等方面加强研究,来提升国内商业银行的人力资源管理水平。本文在分析我国传统人事管理体制面临的挑战的基础上,探讨了商业银行人事管理理念的创新手段。
Human resources management is the important part of commercial bank management.There are deficiencies in the human resources management of Domestic commercial banks.It is necessary to research in the aspects of designing human resources programs,strengthening market driven economic interests,building a people-oriented corporate culture to promote human resources management level in domestic commercial banks.Based on the analysis of the traditional personnel management system's challenges,the paper discusses the commercial banks personnel management concept innovative approaches.
