工程建设项目概算是工程初步设计阶段,由设计单位按照设计要求编制拟建工程所需费用的文件,是设计文件的重要组成部分。是企业内部下达施工任务单、限额领料、实行经济核算的依据。笔者在此仅就建筑工程项目中超概算的主要原因展开初步分析与探究。

Construction project budget is the cost document that in accordance with the design unit requires in the preliminary design phase of engineering, it is an important part of the design documents and is also the basis for the company to issue construction task orders, limit the material, implement economic accounting. The author analyzes and explores the main reasons of exceeding budget in the construction projects.
