摘要
从合同费控部门在总承包项目中的职能以及与各部门之间的工作界面出发,对合同费控部门在投标阶段、总包合同签约、工程的分包、施工过程中的费用控制及结算这几个方面进行了讨论,以促进合同费控部门工作的顺利开展。
Started with the department functions in the general contract projects and interface works,the contract cost control department＇s functions at the tender stage,the total signing,sub-projects,construction cost control and settlement are discussed to promote department work of the contract cost management could run smoothly.
