随着我国经济的飞速发展,建筑市场竞争不断激化,成本控制引来越来越多的业界领导人士的重视,成为一项不可或缺的管理活动。文章从设计和施工两大方面论述了土建工程项目成本管理现状,并在此基础上进行了成本控制策略分析。
With the rapid development of China＇s economy and construction market competition continues to intensify,cost control has called a growing number of industry leaders ＇attention and becomes an integral part of management activities.The article discusses the status of cost management in civil engineering project from the aspects of design and construction and on this basis,the cost control strategies are analyzed.
