摘要
随着我国青少年犯罪的日益增多,法学界对青少年犯罪原因的研究深入化、多元化。本文试从人格障碍的角度对青少年犯罪原因进行新的理论探讨,归纳和分析了青少年犯罪中典型的人格障碍类型以及青少年人格障碍者的犯罪特点,对预防青少年犯罪具有一定的借鉴意义。
With the increasing number of juvenile delinquency in China,law circle＇s academic study of the causes of juvenile delinquency is indepth and diversified.This paper explores new theories on the causes of juvenile delinquency from the perspective of personality disorder and summarizes and analyzes the typical personality disorder type and criminal characteristics of juvenile delinquency prevention which provide a reference significance to prevent juvenile delinquency.
