选课制是学分制与弹性学制的核心,只有充分实施选课制,才能更好地培养个性化人才。本文找出选课制实施中存在的问题并提出完善选课制的对策与建议,为学分制及弹性学制的顺利实施提供保障。
The elective system is the core of academic credit and the flexible system.only with full implementation of the elective system,we could better cultivate individual talents.This article finds the existing problems in the implementation of elective system problems and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the elective system which provide the guarantee for the smooth implementation of the credit system and flexible system.
