钻井行业面临着钻井市场日趋全球化及各国对生态环境质量要求越来越高的形势,同时,伴随着《环境保护法》、《中华人民共和国清洁生产促进法》的颁布实施,这标志着实施以"节能、降耗、减污、增效"为目的的清洁生产已是大势所趋,它的实施是ISO14000国际先进标准的要求,是增强市场竞争力的需要,更是可持续发展的需要。当然由于清洁生产技术是一门新课题,还不成熟,还需要不断完善。通过清洁生产技术的推广应用,能从根本上解决石油钻井环境保护工作存在的重大技术难题,填补了公司的空白,其潜在的经济和社会效益显著,具有良好的推广应用价值。

Drilling industry is facing the situation of increasing globalization of markets and countries ＇increasingly demanding to the environmental quality.at the same time,with the ＂Environmental Protection Law,＂ ＂The People＇s Republic of China Cleaner Production Promotion Law＂ promulgated,which marks the implementation of ＂energy conservation,energy,conservation and wastewater reduction,increased efficiency,＂ is a general trend,its implementation is the requirement of ISO14000 international advanced standards and is the development needs of enhancing market competitiveness,especially for sustainable development.Of course,as clean production technology is a new topic,not mature,but need improvement.The Promotion of clean production technologies through the application of fundamental solution of environmental protection in oil drilling could fill gaps.Its potential economic and social benefits are significant which has good application value.
