With the development of geographic information technologies,environmental geographic information system has played an important role in China＇s economy sustainable development.After several years development,GIS professionals in the field of environmental protection in China has grown and environmental geographic information system begins to take shape.Some systems provide some decision support for the regional economy sustainable development.Based on the practical application of GIS,this paper discusses technical support and the specific application measures in our country＇s environmental management.
