高职院校国际贸易实务专业师资队伍建设的思考

我国改革开放以来,经济建设突飞猛进,针对岗位需要培养高等技术应用性专门人才成为高职教育的根本任务。高职教育必须办出特色、办出个性,才能找到生存和发展的空间,从而更好地服务于经济建设。本文重点就高职院校国际贸易实务专业的师资队伍建设中存在的问题进行阐述,从而找出解决的对策。
