摘要
从探讨高校图书馆个性化服务模式入手,分析了高校图书馆个性化服务对馆员的素质要求,并提出了高校图书馆个性化服务从业人员的素质培养对策。
From the personalized service of university library, this article analyzes the quality requirements of the employees related to the personalized service, and proposes the training strategy on quality of the employees in university library.
