面对全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,面对错综复杂的国际国内形势,面对社会环境的深刻变化,我们党提出了全面推进党的建设的新的伟大工程。对于执政党来说,党的建设重点是执政能力建设,而提高党的执政能力,基础在于全体党员素质的提高,加强党的素质建设,必须采取措施让全体党员保持先进性,这是加强党的素质建设的基础性工作。作为基层党支部要认真贯彻党的十七大精神,按照党中央要求,积极投入到这一活动中来,通过学习教育,提高思想认识,努力建设一支政治坚定、业务精良、作风过硬的党员队伍。更好的发挥共产党员的先锋模范作用。

For the ruling party, the focus on building is capacity-building to govern. And improving the party＇s ability to govern is based on improving the quality of all party members. In order to strengthen the party＇s quality, measures must be taken so that all party members maintain their advanced nature, which is the basis work to strengthen the party＇s quality. As a party branch, we must respond positively to the spirit of the 17th session of the Congress of the Party, according to the CPC Central Committee demands, be actively involved in this activity, through study and education, enhance their understanding, make efforts to build a political stand firm with excellent service and excellent working style of the party cadres and play a vanguard and exemplary role of party members.
