商业银行声誉风险管理的国际经验借鉴与思考

International Experience of Commercial Banks’ Reputation Risk Management and Its Enlightenment

声誉风险管理已成为商业银行风险管理的重要组成部分。近年来,各国商业银行在声誉风险管理方面,有成功的经验也有失败的教训。本文通过对声誉风险管理理论及国际金融机构声誉风险管理案例的分析,探寻声誉风险管理的一般规律和有效措施,为我国商业银行加强声誉风险管理提供借鉴和启发。

Reputation risk management has become an important part of commercial banks’ risk management. In recent years, there are both successful experiences and lessons of failure in international commercial banks’ reputation risk management. In this paper, we analyze the theory of international reputation risk management and learn from some cases to find out general laws and effective approach of reputation risk management, which can provide effective learning and positive inspiration for China’s commercial banks to enhance their reputational risk management.
