摘要
目的观察不同剂量中药银屑灵片对小鼠鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的影响。方法使用小鼠鼠尾鳞片表皮模型,计数连续100个鳞片中有颗粒层的鳞片数,观察银屑灵片对鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层形成的影响。结果银屑灵片各剂量组与阴性对照组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);与甲氨蝶呤组比较,银屑灵片高、中高、中剂量组与之差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与迪银片组比较,银屑灵片低、中剂量组与之差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),银屑灵片高、中高剂量组与之差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),结果优于迪银片。银屑灵片不同剂量组间比较,银屑灵片中、中高、高剂量组与银屑灵片低剂量组相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),银屑灵片中、中高、高各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银屑灵片各剂量组对小鼠鼠尾鳞片颗粒层的形成均有明显的促进作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Yinxieling Tablets(YT)on the formation of scale epidermis granular layer in mouse tail.Methods We applied the mice models with scale epidermis granular layer in the tail,and count the number of scales which contained the granular cells in consecutive 100 scales.Results There were highly statistically significant between YT groups and negative control group (P〈0.01).Compared with the methotrexate group,no statistically significant difference was presented in the highest-,higher-and medium-dosage YT groups.So did the difference between Diyin Tablets group and medium-and lower-dosage YT groups (P〉0.05).More scales were found in the highest-,higher-and medium-dosage YT groups than Diyin Tablets group (P〈0.01).The scale number in the highest-,higher-and medium-dosage YT groups differed from that in the lower-dosage YT group (P〈0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference between the highest-,higher-and medium-dosage YT groups (P〉0.05).Conclusion The formation of scale epidermis granular layer in mouse tail can be significantly promoted by YT in various dosages.
