摘要
目的观察加味逍遥散对动物自主活动及体内递质含量的影响,探讨其治疗抑郁症的可能机理。方法测定利血平致抑郁症模型动物脑内递质含量,光电管法观察加味逍遥散对小鼠自主活动的影响。结果加味逍遥散可显著增高利血平致抑郁症小鼠脑内的去甲肾上腺素(NA)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量,对小鼠的自主活动有一定的抑制作用。结论加味逍遥散有抑制正常小鼠自主活动的作用趋势,并可显著提高利血平致抑郁症小鼠动物脑内的NA和5-HT含量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Modified Xiaoyao Powde(rMXP)on spontaneous behavior and neurotransmitter content in the animals.Methods We used reserpine-induced depression model to observe the content of cerebral neurotransmitter in mice.Photoelectric tube method was used to observe the effect of MXP on mice spontaneous behavior.Results MXP increased cerebral NA and 5-HT contents in reserpine-induced depression mice,but had no obvious effect on mice spontaneous behavior.Conclusion MXP can increase cerebral NA and 5-HT contents in reserpine-induced depression mice,and shows a tend to inhibit the spontaneous behavior of normal mice.
