摘要
目的建立壮药清热颗粒中木犀草素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,symmetryC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(50∶50)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:350nm;柱温:室温。结果木犀草素的进样量在0.16~0.80μg范围线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=5186884X-199923(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为96.4%(RSD=2.56%),符合分析要求。结论采用HPLC法测定壮药清热颗粒中的木犀草素含量,该方法重现性好,可为其质量控制提供参考资料。
Objective To establish the determination method for luteolin in Zhuangyao Qingre Granula.Methods The content of luteolin was determined by HPLC,the analytical column was symmetry C18(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2%phosphatic acid(50∶50)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 350 nm,and the column temperature was at room temperature.Results Luteolin injection volume in the range of 0.16μg to 0.80μg showed good linear relationship(r=0.999 7),the average recovery rate was 97.6%(RSD=1.75%).This method met the analysis requirement.Conclusion The established HPLC method is reproducible and effective,and is suitable for the determination of luteolin in Zhuangyao Qingre Granula.
