摘要
目的建立双柏散中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以Nucleodur C18Gravity为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(49∶51);检测波长为334nm;流速为1mL·min-1;柱温为35℃。结果蒙花苷在0.0132~1.3200μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为101.00%(RSD=0.89%)。三批双柏散与相应薄荷中蒙花苷含量分别为0.94~2.98mg·g-1,6.16~20.37mg·g-1。结论方法简便、重复性好,为双柏散的质量控制和物质基础研究提供了一定的参考。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Linarin in Shuangbai Powder.Methods HPLC with Nucleodur C18 Gravity was used,methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(49∶51),detection wavelength at 334 nm,flow rate at 1 mL·min-1,and column temperature of 35℃.Results Good linearity for Linarin was 0.013 2~1.320 0μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery ratio was 101.00%(RSD=0.89%)for Linarin.The quantity of Linarin in Shuangbai Powder and corresponding Herba Menthae were 0.94~2.98 mg·g-1,6.16~20.37 mg·g-1.Conclusion This method is reliable and simple,which provides a reference for the quality control and material base of Shuangbai Powder.
