摘要
为了研究碳纤维筋在混凝土受弯构件中的工作状况以及配有预应力碳纤维筋的混凝土受弯构件在荷载作用下的受力性能,以碳纤维增强聚合物筋作无粘结预应力筋,以普通钢筋作非预应力筋,制作了4根无粘结部分预应力混凝土简支梁,对试验梁进行两点加载试验,获得了相关的试验数据,基于试验数据开展了受弯构件的力学性能分析。进而利用所获试验数据和有限元分析程序,进行了无粘结预应力纤维聚合物筋混凝土受弯构件的非线性研究。研究结果表明:试验结果与有限元分析结果吻合良好。根据试验与分析数据,提出了这类构件正截面承载力的计算公式和刚度的计算公式。
In order to study the working status of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP) tendon in concrete flexural member and the mechanical behavior of concrete flexural member that embedded prestressing CFRP tendons under loads,4 unbonded partially prestressed simply supported concrete beams were fabricated.These beams taken CFRP tendons as unbonded prestressing tendons and ordinary reinforcement as non-prestressing tendons.Based on the experimental data acquired from two-point loading test on these beams,the analysis of mechanical behavior of flexural members was performed.The nonlinear analysis of the structures was also performed by FEM and the experimental data.It is proved that the experimental result agrees well with FEM analysis result.The formulas for calculating the carrying capacity and stiffness at normal section were put forward for this kind of beam.
