摘要
为研究钢筋锈蚀、钢筋类型和直径对钢筋与混凝土间粘结性能的影响,设计制作了变形钢筋和光圆钢筋混凝土粘结试件,并进行了实验室通电快速锈蚀。通过快速锈蚀两种粘结试件的拔出试验,得到了钢筋与混凝土间粘结应力-滑移曲线,分析了锈蚀率、钢筋直径以及钢筋类型对粘结应力-滑移曲线影响,探讨了不同锈蚀率下两种类型钢筋混凝土粘结试件破坏模式。试验研究表明:光圆钢筋与混凝土间粘结性能对钢筋锈蚀更敏感,随锈蚀率变化,其最大粘结力及相应的滑移量变化幅度更大;变形钢筋与混凝土间粘结性能对钢筋直径更敏感,锈蚀率接近的情况下,直径不同,其粘结应力-滑移曲线差异显著。
The concrete bonding specimens with plain and deformed reinforcing bar were designed and the accelerated corrosion testing in laboratory was conducted to investigate the influence of reinforcement corrosion,reinforcement type and reinforcement diameter on the bond property between reinforcement and concrete. The pullout tests on two types of accelerated corroded specimen were employed to obtain the bond stress-slip curves of reinforcing bars and concrete.The effects of corrosion rate,reinforcing bar diameter and reinforcing bar type on the bond stress-slip curve were analyzed.The failure modes of the two types of bonding specimen with various corrosion rates were found.The experimental results show that(1) for the plain reinforcement,the bond property is much sensitive to corrosion,its maximum bond stress and the corresponding slip vary with corrosion rates obviously;(2) for the deformed reinforcement,the bond property is much sensitive to reinforcement diameter,various reinforcement diameters result in difference of bond stress-slip curves under close corrosion levels.
