对接地装置暂态特性概率进行了详细分析,为工程技术人员了解接地装置冲击电流作用下暂态特性提供理性认识。
In order to make a rational imaging for the engineers,a comprehensive and objective approach is presented to analyze the transient characteristic probability of earthing device when it is subjected to lightning currents.
