镁合金拼焊板焊接性能及覆盖件冲压成形 被引量:2

摘要 采用钨极交流氩弧焊的焊接方法成功制备0.8mm厚的AZ31和AZ80镁合金拼焊板,确定了钨极交流氩弧焊接工艺参数。经过300℃×60min退火热处理后,使镁合金拼焊板焊接接头平均晶粒度从23μm细化到16μm。对0.8mm厚的AZ31、AZ80镁合金拼焊板冲压成形,当AZ31薄板的温度范围在190℃~210℃,AZ80薄板的温度范围在310℃~350℃时的成形效果良好。在成形件底部,焊缝向塑性较差的AZ80材料侧偏移,最大移动距离为0.55mm。 Magnesium alloy tailor-welded blanks(MTWBs) had been manufactured by gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW) with AZ31 and AZ80 sheet 0.8mm thick.Technology parameters of GTAW were determined by experiment study.When the TWBs sheet was annealed under 300℃×60min,the grain dimension changed from 23μm to 16μm.In MTWBs automobile panel forming of AZ31and AZ80 sheet 0.8mm thick,the forming temperature of AZ31 and AZ80 is 190℃~210℃ and 310℃~350℃ respectively,and the temperature of tools is 180℃~200℃.At the bottom of the MTWBs automobile panel,the maximum deviation of the welding seam is 0.55m toward AZ80 sheet.
