摘要 基于聚合物熔体PVT参数及其特性曲线图,研究并实施了注射成型机的注射保压过程控制技术,包括注射时间转压、位置转压、位置时间转压、压力转压和PVT(比容控制)。采用迭代控制技术,使注射过程控制更加精密,保压过程控制依照设定的PVT曲线执行,目标是提高注射制品的品质和重复精度,同时在保压环节也能够达到节能的效果。 Based on PVT diagram,the controlling technology of injection and pressure holding was studied.Iterative learning control was adopted to obtain more accurate control on the injection process.Holding pressure was executed according to prescriptive route in PVT diagram.The goal is to enhance the quality of the product and the repeating accuracy,and to reduce the energy consumed.
