摘要
教师的发展成长是一个充满生命活力的过程,是一个彰显人的生命价值意义的过程。本文以无锡市洛社中心小学40名教师为研究样本,通过对教师撰写的带有"个人自传"性质的人生经历的内容分析,从这些"典型"教师成长轨迹中梳理和总结出影响教师发展成长的主要因素。结果表明:环境机制是教师成长发展的外驱力;个体自为是教师成长发展的内动力;关键事件是教师成长发展的催化剂。
This paper makes a survey of 40 teachers in Wuxi Luoshe Central Primary School as samples by analyzing their own autobiographies. The survey shows that the main factors affecting teacher development and growth are as follows ： environment mechanism is the external power; individual behavior is the internal impetus; key incident is the catalyst.
