摘要
SWOT是指一个组织或机构在制定发展战略或计划时,应该对自己的优势、弱点、机会与威胁有清醒认识。它是一种细致的检测方式,有助于检查组织内部的因素,以及影响整个系统成功的外部变量。因此,SWOT方法也被广泛应用体育项目的开发中。在制定任何户外运动运作计划的第一步都要进行优势、弱势、机会与威胁的分析。我国的户外运动市场开发才刚刚起步,既缺乏成熟的商业运作经验,又缺乏开发户外运动资源的方法策略。因此,对户外运动市场进行SWOT分析非常有必要。
"SWOT" analyses method is a strategy in marketing,i.e.the planner must have a clear cut of his own strengths and weaknesses and be fully aware of the outside world of the challenges and opportunities.It is also widely used in tapping sport programs.In our country this program is about to start.We have no mature experience to follow.Therefore,the "SWOT" analysis to outdoor exercises market appears necessary.
