摘要 船舶起货机是船舶甲板机械最重要的设备之一.通过对船舶起货机所需性能的定量信息和现有设备的完整描述,分析了船舶起货机的起升、变幅和旋转三个主要机构的运行特点.采用SIEMENS的变频模块MICROMASTER440、交流伺服模块FM354和步进模块FM353分别实现了起货机的起升、变幅和旋转复合控制.功能模块的变频、步进与伺服、以及上位机、人机界面TP270通过PROFIBUS现场总线互连在一起,实现了集中控制与管理.船舶起货机PLC复合控制系统功能完备、扩展方便、具有很高的可靠性. Marine cargo crane is one of the most important deck machinery. Through the quantitative information of the necessary performance for marine cargo crane and the complete description of the existing cargo crane equipment,this paper analyzes the running characteristics of three main devices: HOISTING,LUFFING, SLEWING. The HOISTING system is to realized by frequency inverter module MICROMASTER 440; The LUFFING system is to achieved by AC servo module FM354; And the SLEWING system by stepper module FM353 to achieve. This compound control system uses an advanced PROFIBUS technology,the frequency conversion,step and servo of function modules,host computer,HMI (Human Machine Interface) TP270 together through a filed-bus interconnect to achieve centralized control and management. Based on PLC the marine cargo crane compound control system possesses complete functions,easy extension and high reliability.
