双闭环次同步串级调速系统设计

摘要 串级调速是电机转差功率馈送节能型调速方式.转速、电流双闭环控制可有效提高电机调速的静、动态性能指标,满足工作现场需求.提出采用工程设计方案设计双闭环次同步串级调速系统的控制器参数,并结合试验调试优化控制器参数.利用该方案可有效实现系统的性能要求,缩短闭环串级调速系统设计周期,实践证明方案科学、可行. Cascade speed regulation is an energy-saving style by feeding back the slip power to power system. Double closed loop is adopted to improve controlling system static and dynamic performance for requirement of working field. Speed and current regulator parameter of cascade speed regulation system of double closed loop under sub-synchronous speed is designed by using scheme of engineering design,then adjusted and optimized by experiment. System performance can be fulfilled and design period can be shortened by using this scheme. It is proved that the scheme is scientific and practicable in practice.
