非并网风电对超大规模风电利用的战略意义和路径 被引量:3

摘要 风电并网是目前世界上大规模风电场的唯一应用模式。风的高度不稳定性,导致风电大幅度波动,在没有燃气发电、水电等为其调峰情况下,风电对电网贡献率难以超过8%-10%,这是一个世界性难题。在未来的4年~6年,随着全球风电的大规模发展,将不可避免出现风电上网难的窘况,并严重制约全球风电产业的发展。针对这一世界性的难题,非并网风电应用模式充分尊重风电自身特点,突破大规模风电并网单一应用模式,通过必要的技术创新与集成,将风电与高载能产业(如电解铝、氯碱、电解水制氢、海水淡化和煤化工等)直接耦合,建成若干绿色重化工园区,探索出一条大规模风电多元化发展之路,破解超大规模风电应用难题。 In-grid wind power is the only mode for large-scale wind power use. Due to high degree of instability of wind, it caused fluctuations of wind power, especially under the circumstances of peak control without gas generation or hydropower, wind power's contribution to the power grid is lower than 8%-10%, which is worldwide problem. In the future, like 4-6 years, wind power will develop in large scale and inevitably meet the predicament of wind power online, which will restrict the development of global wind power industry. According to this worldwide problem, non-grid wind power application mode respects its own characteristics and free from the only application mode of in-grid wind power. Through the necessary technical innovation and integration, which means to direct couple wind power and high energy consuming industry (for example: electrolytic aluminum, chlor-alkali, electrolysis of water into hydrogen, desalination and coal chemical, etc. ) to build up several green heavy chemical industry park, to explore large-scale wind power development diversified road to deal with ultra large-scale wind power application.
