基于共同演化的供应链合作伙伴协调能力研究

Researches on the Coordination Ability of Supply Chain Partnership Based-on Co-evolution

传统的战略合作伙伴关系依靠战略的连接使得伙伴关系更加紧密,提高了供应链管理绩效。这种战略伙伴关系更多地侧重其长期战略目标。但是,随着市场环境变化的不确定性加强,以及敏捷化、智能化、柔性化的要求对供应链伙伴关系提出了新的挑战。即如何既拥有长期的合作战略目标,又可以随着环境的不断变化及时调整。从一个全新的角度,结合生态学与复杂适应系统,给出一种新的伙伴关系模式——共同演化的伙伴关系。并基于此,提出了要协调好长期利益与短期利益的关键在于处理好伙伴关系之间的协调能力,并对协调能力进行了具体研究,分为四种协调能力,并对协调能力的测度模型进行探讨。

Tradition point considers the stratagem relationship of SCP（supply chain partnership） can be strengthen mutual relationship with supplies by the same stratagem and enhance performance of supply chain management.But,with the market more complex and dynamic and the demand of flexile and intelligence more higher,the tradition point faces new challenge,which relationship with supplies not only has the same stratagem based on long-profit but also has more flexile.In this paper,we use theory of biology and complex adaptive system,points out the new relationship model called co-evolution relationship of SCP.As well as,we consider the key to balance between long-profit and short-profit is dealing with the coordination ability in suppliersupplier based-on the analysis of co-evolution relationship of SCP.What is more,we study deeper what is the coordination ability of relationship of SCP,point four types of ability and build the mathematics model describing how to measure the coordination ability.
