江苏省民航机场集疏运体系研究

随着长三角经济发展和对外交流增多,发展航空业已成为增加地区竞争力的重要方面,我省周边地区航空发展开始呈现出激烈竞争的趋势。面对激烈的市场竞争,我省民航业也在积极应对。民航作为综合运输方式中的高端运输方式,其运输服务过程无法独立完成,而是需要其他运输方式共同参与,即需要公路或轨道交通等方式为其集疏运,因此,一个良好的综合运输体系将为民航业快速发展提供保障。长期以来,由于各种运输分属不同的管理部门,存在一定条块分割、相关规划建设不协调、管理过程中沟通不够等现象,一定程度上制约了我省民航业的发展。根据落实科学发展观的要求,构筑协调发展的机场综合运输体系已成为今后我省民航发展的重点。本次研究结合相关运输设施规划,立足于地面综合运输,以南京禄口国际机场为例,从集疏运基础设施布局和运营组织两个层面,构筑衔接通畅的机场集疏运体系。

With the Yangtze River Delta economic development and increasing foreign exchanges,the development of aviation has become an important aspect of regional competitiveness. Civil Aviation as a mode of transport in the high-end integrated modes of transport,the transport process can be completed independently,but required the participation of other transport modes,that need to highway or rail transportation,etc. for collection and distribution,therefore,a well-integrated transport system will provide rapid development of civil aviation security. For a long time,because of various transport under different management,there are some fragmented,uncoordinated planning and construction related to the management process of the phenomena of lack of communication,to some extent hampered the development of civil aviation industry in our province. According to the requirements of implementing the scientific concept of development,coordinated development of the airport building an integrated transport system has become the focus of future development of civil aviation in our province. This study with related transport infrastructure planning,based on the integrated ground transportation to Nanjing International Airport,for example,from the collection and distribution infrastructure,distribution and operation of two levels of organization,clear interface to build the airport collection and distribution system.
