摘要
现代企业为客户提供定制化的产品,已经逐渐成为追求新竞争优势的一种趋势。批量的个性化定制导致大规模定制模式的产生,但物流作为支持此模式的条件并没有得到充分的重视。文中试图通过大规模定制下物流的概念界定及其特征描述,分析探讨如何设计和实现大规模定制物流的问题。
Modern enterprise to provide customers with customized products,have become a competitive advantage to pursue a new trend. Volume customization led to the emergence of mass customization,but the logistics support this model as the conditions have not been sufficient attention. This paper attempts to mass customization definition and characteristics of the logistics concept to describe,analyze how to design and implementation of mass customization logistics problems.
