摘要
根据供应链协同管理的特点,分析协同与合作伙伴关系的关联性及合作关系对协同运作的影响,探讨了沟通、信任、承诺和合作等因素在提升协同运作能力方面的机制,并从战略、对象选择、合作层次、关键因素和关系评估等方面提出了通过供应链合作伙伴关系提升协同效应的策略。
According to the characteristics of supply chain collaboration,the interaction of collaboration and partnership was analyzed. And four elements of supply chain partnership,i.e.,communication,trust,commitment,and cooperation were discussed about their mechanisms in the promotion of collaboration. Promotion strategies of collaboration based on partnership were proposed from the aspects of strategy,cooperative partner choice,hierarchy of cooperation,major factors,and evaluation of partner relationships.
