摘要
基于高职学生的学习风格与职业能力的分析,文中以物流核心课程《供应链管理》为例,积极地探索在课程的教学中引入体验式教学,创造性地构建课程的体验式教学模式,并着重强调体验式教学模式背后隐藏的文化冲突及适应,从而彻底改变过去以"填鸭式"为主要特征的教学,解决长期困扰着高职教育发展的教学质量低效的问题,并提高学生创造性地解决实际问题的能力。
Higher-based learning style and professional ability,this paper core courses of logistics ＂supply chain management＂,for example,actively explore teaching in the curriculum to introduce experiential teaching,creative experience to build courses teaching mode,and emphasis on experiential teaching model behind the cultural conflicts and to adapt to completely change the past,＂spoon-feeding＂ as the main characteristics of teaching,to resolve long-troubled development of the teaching quality of higher education,inefficient problem and enhance the creative Xue Sheng solve practical problems.
