Study on the Tourism Value and Exploitation Measures of the Residential Resources After the Impoundment of Three Gorges Reservoir

三峡库区的民居资源十分丰富,千姿百态的民居建筑不仅是峡区各族民众为了自身生存和发展创造的生命的庇护所,更是一部峡区社会变迁与历史进步的实物书卷,浓缩了该地区物质与精神的丰富内涵。大坝蓄水后,它们既是人们了解三峡历史、探究三峡文化的有形媒介,也是人们休憩游览、回归自然、寄情思古的理想场所。随着三峡水利枢纽工程的全面竣工,在三峡大坝游这一龙头产品的带动下,库区民居、民俗和乡村旅游也将成为热门。因此,认真研究与评析蓄水后三峡民居资源的旅游价值,并提出切实可行的开发对策,将有助于建构更有特色的库区旅游环境,实现三峡旅游业发展的可持续性。

There are rich tourism resources in the Three Gorges residential areas.The folk houses here in various poses are not only the shelters built by the minority nationalities for living,but also a historical volume of the social development of the Three Gorges area,which concentrates both the material and spiritual connotation in this area.After Impoundment,it has become a place for understanding history of Three Gorges and a medium for cultural research on Three Gorges.At the same time,it is an ideal place for people to visit,go back to the nature and enjoy nostalgic emotion.With the completion of the Three Gorges project,folk and rural tourism in this area has become a hot issue under the leading of three gorges dam tourism.Therefore,it is helpful to do research and appraise on the tourism value of the residential areas in the Three Gorges and propose feasible exploitation measures for it.It will promote a better tourist environment which contains more features,in order to realize the sustainable development of the tourism in this area.
