A Model Study of Experimental Lumbar Nerve Root Compression

摘要 为探明腰椎间盘突出等压迫因素对腰神经根挤压及产生下肢放射痛的机理作者选择了32只大鼠,随机分为对照组、4天观察组、10天观察组和30天观察组。通过手术切除L4,5棘突,咬除椎板及L4,5右侧关节突后,暴露马尾神经及L5神经根,置硅胶片于L5神经根和硬膜囊连接处,观察造模后4天、10天、30天时大鼠下肢神经功能和压迫局部的病理变化情况,证实了该动物模型的成功,确立了硅胶片压迫腰神经根模型的建立,从而为研究腰椎间盘突出及根性神经痛提供了较理想的模型。 To identify the mechanism of lumbar nerve root compression and nerve root pain caused by disc herniation and other compression factors, 32 SD (sprague dawley) rats were chosed. The rats were divided into four groups: the controlled group, fourth day group, tenth day group,and thirtieth day group. By operation,spinous process ectormy, partial laminectormy and arthritis process ectomy of L4,5 were performed under steriled conditions. Cauda equina and L5 nerve root of right side were exposed then a piece of slastic of proper size and weight was gently put on the site where L5 nerve rot origins from the dural sheath. Pathology changes and lower limb motor function were observed on the fourth,tenth,and thirtieth day respectively after the operation which prove a successful animal model setting up. Thus an ideal animal model of lumbar nerve root was offered to study the mechanism of disc herniation and nerve root pain.
