颈痛宁治疗神经根型颈椎病Ⅱ期临床研究

A Second Clinical Study on Treating Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis with Jintonglin

评价颈痛宁颗粒剂治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效、适应性、安全性和使用注意事项。按中药新药审批办法，对420例颈椎病（神经根型），中医辨证为血瘀气滞，脉络闭阻者，用颈痛宁与颈复康进行临床比较，从临床疗效以及疼痛、压痛、麻木、压顶试验等症状和体征分析．两者经统计学处理有显著性差异，证明颈痛宁在治疗神经根型颈椎病优于颈复康。颈痛宁无毒副作用，是一种治疗神经根型颈椎病较好的药物。

The therapeutic effectireness of Jintonglin (JTL) on nerve root cervical spondylosis safety,indication matters needing attention as well,were studied. According to the measures approve for traditional chinese drugs. We compare the effectiveness of JTL and Jinfukang(JFK) used for 420 cases with cervical spondylosis that diagnosis according to an overall differentiation of symptons and signs was blood stasis and slagnation of vital energy and collatenal branch of the large channel. The Pain,tenderness claudication improvement of both groups exist obvious statistical difference. The results of JTL group are much better than control group JTL has no toixic side effect,it is a kind of better drug for treating nerve root cervical spondylosis.
