补肾活血通络法治疗老年脑梗死108例疗效观察

The observations on curative efficacy for 108 patients with senile cerebral infarction with Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Method

目的：探讨补肾活血通络法治疗老年脑梗死的疗效。方法：采取以补肾活血通络法为主的汤药口服和胞二磷胆碱穴位注射相结合的综合措施，治疗老年脑梗死１０８例（治疗组），与维脑路通治疗５２例（对照组）作对比分析。结果：治疗组“愈显率”为７８．７％，总有效率为９４．４％；对照组愈显率为４６．２％，总有效率为８０．８％。２组疗效比较，有显著性差异（χ２＝１７．１４和７．２９，Ｐ均＜０．０１）。结论：老年脑梗死的中医病机主要为肾虚血瘀，以中药补肾活血化瘀配合穴位注射胞二磷胆碱以通络，符合中风病“活血化瘀、益（肾）气通络”的治疗大法。

Objective:To evaluate the curative efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Method on senile cerebral infarctions.Methods:108 cases with senile cerebral infarction,as treatment group,were mainly treated with taking decoction of Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Method combining points injection of sodium citicoline and 52 cases treated with venoruton as control group.The two groups were compared and analized. Results: The cured and markedly effective rate was 78 7%,total effective rate was 94 4% in treatment group,but 46 2% and 80 8% respectively in control group.There was a significantly different between two groups (χ 2=17 14 and 7 29,all P <0 01).Conclusions:The pathogenetic mechanisms of senile cerebral infarction is kidney deficiency and blood stasis in TCM.The Tongluo,using herbs of Bushen Huoxue Tongluo combined with points injections of sodium citicoline,is in concomitant with the therapeutic principle of Huoxue Huayu for stroke treatment and the curative efficacy is certain.
