加味泻心汤治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

The observation on curative effects of Jiawei Xiexin Decoction in treating acute cerebral infarction

目的：观察加味泻心汤治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：将６７例急性脑梗死患者随机分成２组，治疗组３６例采用加味泻心汤治疗，对照组３１例采用川芎嗪注射液静滴，并进行疗效比较。结果：治疗组治愈加显效率为６６．６７％，总有效率为９４．４４％；对照组治愈加显效率为３２．２６％，总有效率为７０．９７％，２组比较均有显著性差异（χ２＝６．５７和５．９６，Ｐ均＜０．０５）。治疗组患者神经功能的恢复及血脂的改善均优于对照组（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。结论：加味泻心汤治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著，对神经功能的恢复及血脂的改善有一定促进作用，且优于川芎嗪注射液。

Objective:To observe the curative effects of Jiawei Xiexin Decoction on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:67 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group ( n =36) was treated with Jiawei Xiexin Decoction orally and control group ( n =31) treated with tetramethylpyrazine injection intravenously.The curative efficacy was compared.Results:The cured and markedly effective rate was 66 67% and total effective rate was 94 44% in treatment group,however 32 26% and 70 97% respectively in control group.There was significantly different in comparison between two groups (χ 2=6 57 and 5 96 respectively,all P <0 05).The recovery of neural functions and improvement of blood lipids in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group (all P <0 01).Conclusions:The Jiawei Xiexin Decoction possesses markedly curative efficacy on treatment for acute cerebral infarctions and promoting effects on recovery of neural functions and improvement of blood lipids.It is better than tetramethylpyrazine injection and valuable to spread.
