联用黄芪注射液和蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗急性脑梗死30例

Treatment with astragalus injection in combination with ahylysantinf arctase for 30 cases with acute cerebral infarction

目的：观察联用黄芪注射液和蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：治疗组３０例患者采用黄芪注射液和蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗；对照组３０例用低分子右旋糖酐加丹参注射液治疗。２组患者对症处理相同，比较２组疗效和２组患者治疗前后血液流变性的变化。结果：治疗组基本治愈率６３．３％，总有效率９３．３％；对照组分别为２６．７％和７３．３％，治疗组基本治愈率和总有效率均显著优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗后治疗组血液流变学指标的改善亦均优于对照组（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。结论：联用黄芪注射液和蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗中老年急性脑梗死早期见效快，作用稳定，无明显不良反应，值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the curative efficacy of treatment with astragalus injection in combination with ahylysantinfarctase on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:The treatment group ( n =30) was treated with astragalus injection combining ahylysantinfarctase,control group treated with low molecular dextran plus salvia miltiorrhiza injection.The symptomatic therapy was similar in two groups.The curative efficacy was compared and the variations of blood rheology parameters before and after treatment observed.Results:The basically cured rate and total effective rate were 63 3% and 93 3% respectively in treatment group,however 26 7% and 73 3% respectively in control group.Both basically cured rate and total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0 01 and P <0 05).The improvements of blood rheology parameters after treatment in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group.Conclusions:The treatment with astragalus injection in combinations with ahylysantinfarctase for middleaged and senile patients with cerebral infarction in early stage is becoming effective quicky,stable in action,not obvious sideeffects and worth spreading.
