应用LEEP术联合爱宝疗液和干扰素栓治疗宫颈病变的临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Cervical Lesions Patients with Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure Naloxone combined with Policresulen and Interferon

目的探讨LEEP术联合爱宝疗液和干扰素栓治疗宫颈病变的临床效果。方法 540例宫颈病变患者被随机分为实验组(n=270)和对照组(n=270),对照组给予LEEP术治疗方案,实验组在对照组基础上联合给爱宝疗液和干扰素栓治疗。结果两组在痊愈率方面无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在痊愈时间,术后并发症方面有显著性差异,实验组显著优于对照组。结论 LEEP术联合爱宝疗液和干扰素栓治疗宫颈病变,能显著减少术后并发症,缩短恢复时间,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of LEEP combined with policresulen and interferon used in cervical lesions patients.Methods 540 cases of cervical lesions patients were randomly divided into experimental group（n = 270） and control group（n =270）.Control group were given LEEP therapy,and experimental group were given policresulen combined with interferon therapy on the base of control group.Results The cure rate in two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）,but the cure time and complication after surgery in experimental group were significantly better than that in control group.Conclusion LEEP combined with policresulen and interferon used in cervical lesions,can significantly reduce the complication and shorten recovery time,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
